They take your money right away when you order . They make you return to a p.o. box and charge you a 15% restocking fee. You call the phone rings for ten to fifteen minutes sometimes twenty . I put the phone on speaker and go pay bills or work on something and listen for somebody to finally answer . I have called many times to try to get my 199 minus my 15 restocking charge back . They said they would email me . I sent pictures so thety could find me the right part per there instructions .They  never called or emailed ..The last time I called they said I would  email me when my money would be returned by Wensday or Thursday . Nothing again . I think I  have been ripped off If you need china bike atv parts do not use these folks!!!!
