H & R Block Emerald Card Fraud, withholding funds, Kansas CityKansas City Missouri

To start off with I got my taxes done and paid for an instant RAL (Rapid anticipation Loan) to where the funds were to be put on my card immediatly, the funds were not put on until 24 hrs afterwards, then we tried to purchase a computer off of online and they would not give the approval, once the approval was done, a week later, then the company could not get them to release the money. In turn we canceled the order for our computer and when we called to see when the funds would be released back onto the card we were told that it would take 21 days, unless the computer company faxed over a release of pre-authorization. We got the computer company to fax over not 1 but 5 just to make sure they got it.

Now we are being told several different things...1. they have not received the fax and it needs to be refaxed or I would have to do a 3 way confrence call with them before it will be released and then it can take anywhere from 48 hrs to 21 days before it is released...2. that they have received the fax and it has to be reviewed and the money will not be released for 5 days...

Every time you call into there card services number you get someone who either does not speak english and has no clue what you are saying or someone who is just not willing to take the time and figure out what is going on. In short they have taken money for a service not rendered and are withholding funds that they have no legal right to withhold.
