H-Tech (Li Xiaowen) Advertised a Clean Robot Vacuum at a cost of $69.98 USD (special from $369). I was sent a plastic rotating suction type Clean Robot that has none of the advertised features

On 20 June 2018 I ordered a Clean Robot Vacuum at a cost of $69.98 USD (special from $369). The advertisement  stated: Engineered for Performance, Dual Multi-Surface Brushes, Clean debris from Carpets and hard floors, Dirt Detect Technology, Sweeps away debris hiding along walls, Intelligently navigates your home, Cleans on your schedule, Automatically recharges itself. I received a Clean Robot Automatic Suction Type cleaner which doesn’t have any brushes and none if the advertised features or anything else from the Packing List.

The website is unavailable and I have contacted the seller by email and received a confirmation of receipt of my email on 13 July but have never received a response.
