Haband Credit Card Account for Comenity Capital Bank, P.O. Box 18262, Columbus OH, enrolled my elderly father in a Haband credit card without his consent after he ordered and paid in full for a pair of pants purchased online through Habland catalogue.

Haband credit card indicates a credit limit of $100.00, with a balance owing of $109.95 indicating an APR of 26.9900% (v) and previous balance of 82.92, $25.00 fees, $2.03 interest, past due amount of $25.00, payment is demanded to be remitted to P.O. Box 659707, San Antonio TX 78265-9707.  All of this is unsupported, unsubstantiated and completely unknown to my father.  This account, balanced owed are completely fraudulant.

When I called the number listed on the statement 1-800-395-3788, the recording tells the caller to hang up and call the Customer Service number on the back of the Haband credit card.  My father does not have a Haband credit card.  The account is completely fradulant. 

I want this account all charges cancelled and closed immediately.  I have also contacted BBB.  This scam is a horrible attack on our vulnerable citizens.
