Hacienda Realty Gloria Slander, Theft, Dishonest representation of property Silver City, New Mexico

Being involved in any form or fashion with this business is dangerous, not to mention heartbreaking. DO NOT risk your good name, your character, nor your financial reputation by letting them handle your properties, or renting any property from them. My family was forced into a relationship with them, which resulted in the loss of our reputation, great owner/renter communication and trust, and even our personal property. The "realtor" went so far as to accuse us of theft, while she was the one who took our personal property, under the ruse of abandonment. Larceny, false accusations, and misrepresentation of fact is not good or even acceptable business practice. They give business, housing, and customer care a black eye in Silver City. The sad fact is that they have a monopoly on rentals and sales and can do just as they please, with no consequence.

Convincing someone that their property is not rentable so that the realtor can profit from the sale of said property is reprehensible, not to mention dishonest, and bad practice. To use thinly veiled threats to accomplish an end to a means is just wrong. The representative used the ignorance of the agents who were secured by the renter to remove items and clean the property to take over the unit before the rental period was up. She convinced the owner that the property had been
abused, when in fact, it had been improved immensely at the cost of the renters themselves.

The "realtor" badgered the renters for access to the house two weeks before the rental period was up. SHE used the deposit as hostage, making sure the owner did not return it, by making false accusations about the condition of the house, the same conditions that had been discussed between the owner and renter, exclusive of the "realtor".

When you see their name anywhere on a property, RUN!!!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not risk your reputation, personal and business relationships, and financial assets by placing yourself, your family, and your money or property in jeopardy. DO NOT deal with the realtors who represent this business (G). It would be better to live in a motel or give your property to charity than to deal with them, or live with the aftermath of their "success".
