Sells Stain Safe protection plans with new furniture, but refuses to give warranty papers. Several phone calls have been made to get these papers to no avail. Stain safe will not acknowledge my warranty without the paperwork.With each phone call after a sale Hadley gets ruder and ruder with customers.
Also told me the warranty covers everything from cuts, tears, cigarette burns to dog chewing. But when called regarding a tear, am told " it wont cover if your dogs did it".
I have asked for a return of my money since I obviously cannot use my warranty. I have also contacted the finance company which financed the furniture and warranty, they too could not receive a refund from Hadleys on my behalf.
I will NEVER purchase another item from Hadleys Furniture.

1) customer did not follow stainsafe rules
2) they waited beyond the allowed time to make a claim
3) their animal damaged the merchandise, Stainsafe & no other company covers either animal or child abuse
4)customer was explained this in a nice polite manner
5) consumer was provided all paperwork required to report claim, consumer's responsibility to keep up with paperwork and make their own claim - not dealers fault consumer loses warranty papers
6) we are member of BBB with zero unsettled complaints
