Hair Diva's Distributor Anne Davis theft and non payment of wages San Leandro California

I was working at hair Diva's Distributor as a hair stylist for two years.  The owner approached my with an opportunity to work in the retail side of the business for $200 a week. I worked the position for 3 weeks I only got paid for 2. I ended my employement because the owner allowed her personal feeling for a major client get out of control. She was unable to separate business from personal which caused a lot of dram.

Anne Davis the owner of the business became unprofessional by texting my client with belligerent allegations and disturbing words which cause my client of two years to end her business with the store. ultimately loosing her as a client I saw this to be unprofessional as not only a business owner but as s grown women. Not too long after I myself was attacked through text questioning my loyalty to the business. Being professional I chose to end my association with the owner and the business as this was very unprofessional and had nothing to do with my work or me fforthat matter.

since then Ms. Anne Davis has sending threats to my phone via text, harassing me on facebook and hitting up everyone in my friends list bring them into this madness. She has texted my mother with shocking disturbing words and continues to bash my character and my skills as a stylist. She is holding property which belongs to me such as my cosmetology license my mail and wages which I was never paid.

I am currently pursuing a law suit against the owner and the company as I am un able to retrieve my things nor pay my bills due to non payment. Im also suing for time lost from my other job which I lowered hours from to work for Hair Divas Distributor. I encourage anyone not to do business with this company or anyone associated with this company.
