Half Off Depot Fail to Stand Behind Their Products Internet

In purchasing a Half Off Depot deal, it was for an internet purchase.
Product was defective upon arrival ... with no information on the company.

Notifiied Half Off Depot.  They advised that we would need to contact the product  company and provided a name.  Number was not answered.  No email or mail address was provided.

Advised Half Off Depot that the number was not actionable.  No response.  Repeated calls.

The product was sold by a marketing company that has no available contact information.
To add insult to injury, Half Off Depot has promoted this same deal again - a few weeks later - knowing that this company does not offer any follow-up information.

Half Off Depot doesn't care about what is being sold through its offerings.  No refund and no intervention for a new product.  Half Off Depot does not accept any responsibility once they receive your money.  Let the buyer beware!
