HAMMOND SUZUKI BEWARE! BEWARE! DECEPTIVE SALESMAN, LOAN SHARKS, RIP OFF HAMMOND Louisiana

I am a single mother and I had been out of work for some time due to an illness. I had been working and I needed a vehicle, so one night there was an informercial on tv advertising credit repair for car loans with southeastsuzuki.net. So I went online and found a vehicle that I wanted, they immediately started calling me to come to the dealership. There I was looking for the vehicle and what a surprise when I found out that vehicle was never there.

I gave them all of my information and supposedly they would be able to help me. This salesman was all about a sale when I showed up that Saturday morning. I test drove the vehicle and I heard something but he assured me it was just a tire and anything that comes up they would take care of me. Yeah, they took care of me alright. They took my large down payment and when something did go wrong and I wanted to trade it in there was no compromising with the Sales Manager. I felt like I was dealing with a Loan Shark, like I signed my life over to the DEVIL. I have purchased cars before and there was once a recall on a brand new vehicle and they just voided the contract and put me in another vehicle.

Hammond Suzuki has showed me what customer service is all about and trying to bully people. I would advise anyone Don't waste your time going to this dealership because if there is a problem they will try to patronize you and make you feel like now this vehicle is your problem. Yeah, the Sales Manager tried to tell me to keep bringing this vehicle back for a year, like I have that much time to keep bringing a vehicle back. I have taken that vehicle back at least 7 times in 3months and everytime they give it back to me there was another problem and the problems keep coming.
