To those of you who feel that Don Lehew has been dishonest or that his services are a scam, I just want to let you know that I personally worked with Mr. Lehew for many years and to this day we are still close friends.  He is very thorough with his investigations of handwriting forgeries and does a detailed document examination and comparison before coming to his final conclusion.  I personally have prepared documents for court presentation and have seen the specific reasoning for his findings.  He is TOTALLY honest and his business is very legitimate.  I would recommend him to anyone involved in a dispute of handwriting or signatures, as well as using him for pre-employment screening as well. 

Bart and/or Curt Baggett have falsely presented themselves to the Courts and others throughout the world, to be "Certified Experts", when infact they have never been certified by anyone except themselves.

Bart and/or Curtis Baggett falsely claimed to have been students of Ray Walker, QDE. Bart Baggett did take a Basic Handwriting Analysis course taught by Ray Walker, QDE, the Basic Handwriting Analysis Course Bart Baggett took was two nights a week, two hours a night for six weeks. It has been proven that Bart Baggett never had a personal association with Ray Walker, QDE, except for those very brief hours. It has also been proven that Curtis Baggett NEVER had a professional association with Ray Walker, QDE.

Bart falsely claimed he spent "several years" training under Ray Walker, QDE as his apprentice.  Curt Baggett falsely claimed he was an apprentice under Ray Walker, QDE, for 10 years.

FACT: Ray Walker, QDE, died in 1994 and cannot defend his own honor today.

BELOW I am supplying two cases that Ray Walker, QDE, testified in deposition shortly before his death. These cases are on file in the Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas Courts.

Curtis Baggett falsely claimed he was Ray Walker's apprentice for 10 years, which means he would have had to have started his apprenticeship as early as 1984.

Bart Baggett falsely claimed he was Ray Walker's apprentice for "several years".  Bart Baggett was born in 1968. Bart Baggett would have finished High School in about 1986. After High School, Bart Baggett went straight to Pepperdine University in California for 4 years. He would have graduated from Pepperdine University in about 1992. After graduating from Pepperdine, Bart Baggett returned to Dallas, Texas and went into buisness with his brother, Brett Thomas Baggett, doing neuro-linguistic programing (NLP). When did Bart Baggett have to time to spend, "several years", as Ray Walker, QDE's apprentice?

In a 2006 Court Case, in U.S. District Court in Georgia, The court found that Curtis Baggett was not qualified to testify in the case as an expert in the field of Handwriting Analysis and Document Examination. The court described Curtis Baggett's qualifications as "Paltry".  Judge Clay Land granted the motion to strike Curtis Baggett as an expert witness.

This clearly shows that Curtis and/or Bart Baggett has never been qualified to render a professional Certified Opinion in any court. If Curtis Baggett was not qualified as an expert in 2006 in Courts in the State of Maine, Georgia and Illinois, then he has never been qualified at any time prior to that date and especially since that date. 

Lie #1:  Bart's Seminar was not raided.  Criminal who started bad rumors arrested in India.

Fact:  Bart Baggett's seminars have never been raided, but actually attended by and security provided by Local Police officers.  There were over 200 happy attendees at the September 2009 , so please ask any one of them the truth.  It was a wonderful event and drama-free zone.

The seminar event, the LIAR (Gig2467), is very much a lie based on partial facts terrible distorted for the reader to draw an inaccurate conclusion.   The event she is referring to happened 1 month before Baggett's arrival into India in 2009 (therefore Bart Baggett was in no way involved) and it was not a raid by Police, but the local Police did show up because a disturbance was reported by the hotel manager.

The event was being conducted by Mr. Rafi Baig, the esteemed and very popular President of Handwriting Institute India when a known criminal named S.K. Vivekandanda barged into Mr. Baig's seminar to accuse H.I.I. of not offering refunds to students who failed to pass their final exams.  The police were called to keep the peace.

It was soon discovered and published this man assigned himself the title of president of the now known to be a fake organization, "Karanakata Human Rights Council".  There was not basis for any refund... what school do you know gives refunds to students who get a failing grade on a final exam?  It is a ridiculous allegation. 

See attached newspaper article which was published after numerous complaints were filed against this fake human rights council for simply making up lies about companies or individuals and then blackmailing them for money to shut him up. 

Mr. Baig and H.I.I. refused to capitulate to this criminals blackmail.  The law finally caught up with Mr. S.K. Vivekandanda.  Handwriting Institute was exonerated of all false claims by the local police inspectors.

Again, this and the other lies on this site, ripoffreport.com, are published for the sole purpose of defaming, slander, and libel against good companies for the benefit of their competition.  

In India, especially in Bangalore India, Bart Baggett and Rafi Baig has made handwriting analysis so popular there exist a vibrant economy and competitive environment regarding this field.  While most people market ethically, the person responsible for this post only deals in negative false rumors and lacks the ability to build a successful handwriting business of his/ her own.  We should pity them... but do not believe them.
