This Clinic first built a knee brace it took them about 5 months --but could not make what they built work or fitted for me -- so knowing that that brace did not work and was not exceptable and did not fit and could not adjust it to fit --  they said take it for 1 week and try and see if you can use it -- then brought me a stack of papers to sign for the insurance Co .. well brought the brace back in 1 week -- and told them it just would not work and I could not use it it did not fit-- they told me that they were going to make a different brace -- well this next try at a brace brought me up to the one year time frame -- my Insurance company had payed for the original billed brace --

I had payed the first part of co pay 2-6-13 $200.00 leaving me a balance of $186.96 to be payed when the brace was finished - I get a letter dated January 2, 2014 stating that I needed to pay the final co-pay amount or they would turn me over to colections so payed that amount 1/17/2014 --it is now Febuary 10,2014 I still have not recieved any brace the one that they have now is not the brace that was billed out --they have not adjusted the billing as of yet and I do not think that they will do that -- My Insurance Co says because I signed the papers that they ask me to sign I excepted the Brace On 5/15/2013

so there is nothing they can do about getting them to re bill it for the brace that they now have that does not have any of the billed parts on it -- so I guess the insurance company does not care if they were ripped off and billed and payed for a brace that does not exist neither do I have any brace --so I would say to any one reading this I will never use this ripp-off clinic ever again and would advise any one thinking about using them --steer clear of this company --I will just buy another brace on line for around $400.00 so guess I am just out the $386.96 I payed and the Insurance co Payed $1,186.52 --this is why medical cost so much now days
