HANN Financial Ser. Corp. Tarry Town Honda Lease Return Ripoff Between Hann Fin. and Tarrytown Honda Dealer jamesburg New Jersey

I Leased a car from Tarrytown Honda in Westchester around 2012 a new Civic LX Financed through Hann with tarrytown Representing them I had a 39 month Lease that I was turning in early Hann told me I could only use Tarrytown Honda so on March 12th 2015 I went to Tarrytown Honda who took the Leased Civic and told me it was good low milage excellent shape I traded that car in for a new Civic SI that i Bought through Honda fin On that day I removed my Insurance on the Leased car and put it on the New Car I was never told that I would be responsble for the car I just traded in I have done this many times with new and Leased cars and would never remove my insurance from a car I would still be responsible for.  

Hann Fin, called me a Month later asking me where the car was I told them that the car has been out of my Possesion for more than a month and told them they should ask thier represenitive from Tarrytown Honda I got a call and an E-mail from Hann another month later telling me I am responsble for the damage to the car for an amount of 1,533.04 I told them the car was turned in to Tarrytown Honda Dealer in excellent condition and I hadn't had the car under my care in two months They told me I'm responsible I asked them if they talked to thier represenitive the saleman Luis who I called back and told him that the car was taken by your company and no one said I would be getting a bill for repairs because they sold me a car and told me my leased car was taken care of he said yes your right but I don't know what to tell you.

I have just received a letter from Hann now asking for 1,104.36 I have not and will not pay this Bill that is not my Responsibility I don't know why the amount changed but they are threatening to send this to a collection agency I have never dealt with anything like this with all the cars I have bought and leased at least 15 or so. How does a company hold a consumer responsible for a car out of his Possesion for more that 2 months anything could have happened to that car in that time which I had no insurance on proving that it was the responsiblity of Tarrytown or Hann Fin This is just a complete Ripoff I hope someone can help me with this cause I feel my date in court is coming Thank you
