Hannah Direct Inc Never received refund for return order Internet

I placed a online order with Hannah Direct on May 26, 2014 for a coupon organizer and compact medication storage. My order totaled $32.93. After receiving my order, I received a email stating that the medication storage container was no longer available. I went to the post office and returned the remainder of the order : All i really wanted was the medication container. I also called 888-837-1424 and left a voice mail informing the company that I had returned order and requested a refund. Shortly therafter, i received a check from Hannah Direct for approximately $14 which was the refund for the medication storage container. I again called and left a message requesting a refund for the additional $18 and requesting a call back. I had paid for order tracking and I have confirmation that the company received the refund. I also sent a email July 2, 2015 requesting the additonal $18 refund and called and left another voice mail requesting a call back.

To the date I have received neither.
