Thank you for the response. I am in hysterics reading your rebuttal. Let me start by saying that I AM NOT the person that you are going to "Reveal". Not a loan broker, not a con man, not a crook. (Yet you seem to describe yourself so well in your post)

I will agree that I am jealous. So so jealous. If only I could be more like you Mr. Hanold. I want to have every person I come in contact with despise me. I wish that I was always suing innocent people to make a buck. I wish that my family disliked me so much that I have to spend all of my time at the office just so I can not feel like the scum bag I am. Yes Mr. Hanold, I want your life so badly and am so jealous that I decided to warn other people about you so I can try and ruin your business just so I can replace you. Yes Sir, JEALOUS

Mr. Hanold, there comes a time when you need to sit back and think about who you have wronged. You need to think about the MANY people you have screwed over and what you can do to rectify your evil ways. Have you never stopped to think why is it that SO MANY MANY people have this strong distaste for you. Have you never wondered why, in your own words, so many people who you have once called friends now think that you are worse than the 9/11 terrorists? I can tell you why, it is because of you. This is malicious slander from a jealous competitor who has defrauded Hanold Properties of close to $200,000 and is under investigation by B of A Fraud Investigations Unit for fraudelent short sale activity. This must be removed. We would like to receive source of this posting as our attorneys require it for pending litigation against the miscreant who wrote this. We know who he is. He is a licensed broker in Newport Beach who engaged our company last year to "dump" his overleveraged properties with large notes on them. After we obtained approval from lending bank [B of A ] he took away our listings for his properties and sold them himself as a real estate broker thereby obtaining over $100,000 in commissions for himself while being relieved of over $4,000,000 in mortgage loans he fraudulently obtained from bank. He profitted over bank's losses.

He is also a notorious litigator against anyone who goes up against him and has ruined the lives of several people so far by putting them into bankruptcy because those poor people could not afford to defened themselves against his legal blitzkrieg. More on this villain later - and I do intend to identify him publicly [he is too cowqardly to identify himself here - he is trying to extort money from us through blackmail, as he has done to many others. Many who live in Newport Beach will know his name. He was formerly one of the largest brokers in Newport Beach by sheer volume of his business. He is totally upside dwon now and is in a frenzy with jealousy about the success of Hanold Properties who has risen above him on the latter because of our hard work and integrity.
