Hanson ripoff financially unable to complete the project even though he has been paid in full Wylie Texas

We contracted with Scott and Tammy Hanson to build a pool in a six-week timeframe. The pool was started in July, 2003 and as of June 2005 still has not been completed. The entire project was a nightmare from the beginning. In January, 2004 he informed us that he is financially unable to complete the project even though he has been paid in full for the project. Our deck is crumbling and looks terrible, the wall between the spa and pool is too short, the plumbing had to be redone, some of the equipment is missing.

We had to pay another contractor 3000.00 to come in an rework the plumbing and add the missing equipment. We have paid 1335.00 for the electricians to come out. All of this was included in the contract that has not been honored by Atlantis Poolscapes. We are going to have to pay another 5000.00 to have the work to the deck corrected.

I would advise anyone thinking about using Scott or Tammy Hanson to rethink their decision. This company is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with personally or professionally. They are the true meaning of rip-off artists.
