My brother and his fiance ordered a package from this company and after several months it's still had not come. They then complained several times and after trying to reach the company on multiple occasions to no avail were finally able to get their food delivered, and obtained a gift card for us.

We placed our order, and we had a credit of $60. the food was allegedly delivered to the wrong address, and we were charged a shipping fee, so if we wanted to reorder after they had not delivered our for the first time, we would be obligated to pay an additional cost to get the order we had initially placed. What a bunch of crap.

There is no contact information outside of an email address, absolutely piss poor response time, and a terrible customer service. What company that is hoping to obtain regular business from you delivers to the wrong address, and then punishes the customer by charging them a delivery fee if they want to reorder. Absolute nonsense.

Do not use this company, we have heard from several other of my brother's friends that they have also been scammed and gone through hardships trying to get fresh seafood delivered. There are many other reputable companies who will not bring you through the ringer. Until this company makes this right, we will stand by this report.

To argue with us over their mistake and then charge us for the FedEx delivery fee in the wake of their error entering the delivery address, when we could have potentially been a regular customer of theirs is absolute Insanity to me as a business owner. Do not recommend.
