WARNING Buyer be aware Danger of Harbor Place /Morgan Properties Mangement Fort Washington MD

 New Management Morgan Properties company same owner. Since Morgan properties has taken over thing has got bad too worst.

Rent office is a front for money laundry, rent apartment units to individual making manufacture drugs, sale drugs through apartment complex, gun ring and prostitute.

Apartment units have not been clean over month and no maintenance service.

Making new and exist resident pay for parking for $45.  In my lease does not said, I have paid for parking.

There is limit amount parking space here at Harbor Place.

Already  paying  ridiculous price for 1 bedroom $1,300 not include electric, ridiculous monthly utilities include water, sewer, trash, gas,  and service fee for utilities square foot and apartment unit in build.

 People whose  under energy assistance program are get rip-off ,  Harbor Place pocketing money, and charge ridiculous price for utilities, individual not receiving discount bill .

 For each individual apply for energy program government, Harbor Place received $5000 credit also money toward utilities.

 Harbor Place is committing fraud.

 Never met management team, but they want you paid your rent at Kmart or Ace, something smell fishes.

INDIVIDUALS HANGING OUT SIDE MY APARTMENT AS WELL AS THE SIDE OF MY APARTMENT WITH NARCOTICS LIQ.AND A WHOLE BUNCH OF NOISE.NOW MYSELF & TWO OTHER NEIGHBORS ARE BEING CHARGED WITH THOSE SAME THINGS THAT I'VE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT.POLICE DEPT.

New owner is Morgan Properties same people own Berkshire and same people work there.
When a management company take ownership usally replace staff.

Morgan Properties management own multiple apartment have thousand complaint for bad practice.
