Nightmare Ken Zand and his underhanded ways to make top commision with his overselling and over promising the quality of goods he trys to shove. Ken works very hard to baffle clients with his so called charm and really has no knoledge in the hardwood flooring business. After several attemps to resolve issues with Ken I have finally thrown in the towel and will start completely over and write this off as a total loss.

Our group of clients and myself will be happy to consider working with another salesperson but we no longer will have any dealings with Ken Zand and his underhanded business practices.
