Hargrave & Associates Financial Solutions Erin Jones Is One Of The Repersentatives That Accepted My Payment Off My Debit Card In The Amount $250.00 Hargrave & Associates Financial Solutions are suppose to be restoring my credit if my credit was not completed Hargrave agreed to give me back a full refund of $250.00. Hello, To Whom This May Concern,

I have been a client of Hargave & Associate for over a year now. When I first got started with Hargrave I had to make a payment of $250.00 before they can go any further with my me. I made a payment of $250.00, it was debited of my bank card which were with Whitney National Bank at the time.

The repersentative at that time who took the payment from my card name is Erin Jones. Erin Jones work for Hargrave & Assoiciates, he went over all of the information with me that was needed for them to get started restoring my credit. I ask him specifically to be upfront and honest with me beffore I made that payment. And his response was that of course that it what we are here for to help you, not to get over on you.

So, I ask him what do they do meaning as, what is the first step they take? Erin Jones said that they have to pull my credit reports from all three major credit bereaus. I said o.k. then what. He respond once we receive the credit reports then we will start to work getting your credit back to a satisfying score.

I ask Mr. Jones how long will this process take before they get my credit straight and he that the process takes 3-6 months, and if it not complete within that timely matter, I would be getting a full refund of $250.00. So I call after a few months, they ask that I give them a little more time. I called back after seven same, I called time after time and the same ole respond asking for more time. Then I try to called recently and all the phone #'s is doing is giving a busy signal.

Oh, and I also puchase a credit card from them also that I never receive. i had to pay them $100.00 for my processing fee and I did abuot 3 months ago that I never receive, that was my purpose of calling them today for to see why I have not receive my card yet, because they told I would be receiveing my card within 3-7days. And the person who that payment of $100.00 from me name is William at ext.319 and he give me a conformation #.

So, finally I log on to their web site and I saw an ad about them being a ripoff and now I am worry that I lost out on my money in the total amount of $350.00. If you all have any information please contact me , your help will be more than appreciated. Thank you.
