Representative For Harris County Toll Road Authority: Mary Benton Law of Linebarger. EZ Tag I am been charged $8,750.00 for violating of tolls I didn't make. Houston Texas

My name is on my son vehicle,his girlfriend set up an EZ tag account on the temporary license plate.Her EZ tag #HCTR09289414.I wasn't aware that she had did this until EZ tag sent it to collections, She said she wasn't aware that she had to send in the permanent plates, because EZ tag was still drafting money out of her account. After collection wouldn't talk to her because her name wasn't on the vehicle, although EZ tag allowed her to set the account. I was never notified at my address, I have a EZ tag account on my personal car, I am in the system.She was handling the account, because she had set it up, until they wouldn't communicate with her anymore. I went to the EZ tag store to see what the problem was. They couldn't fine anything wrong with my account,it was current, I gave the clerk the plates (((REDACTED))), the vehicle I had signed. The clerk printed out pages and pages of violations and late fees, that added up to$8,750.00 and told me to call the law office of Linebarger. I have been calling this law office since July/2018.Each time I have either spoke to the representative Denice, and inform me that she have to speak to her supervisor. I ask to speak to the supervisor, but she would say she will call me back.i explained to her I didn't set the account up, and it should be illegal for just anyone to set up an EZ tag account, if their name is not on the vehicle. I wasn't aware of the bill, EZ tag said they sends only one bill, first and last. So unethical to allow a bill to get into thousands of Dollars. On today, 9/20/18 at 12:09 Denice from Linebarger Collection called me and told me her boss lowered the bill from $8,750 to around $1,500. She stated that I had to pay in full and they do not send anything in writing to this fact. I don't trust this, I need a bill, some type of evidence why this is happening. I don't have this kind of money.
