I attended this Institution to study Computerized Medical Office Assistant (CMOA). The school told me I was approved to attend, even though I had no GED or High School Diploma. Upon completing the courses, I find out the school was under Federal investigation the whole time. They didn't tell me this, yet they let me take out student loans to pay for something knowing I would be getting nothing in return!
I attended the school in 1999, and finished in January of 2000. I have tons of unpaid debt, no certificate and no way to pay these debts back! My husband's income taxes are always being taken due to my unfair loan debt to the government! I'm hoping there is a way for those people at fault to all of us can be held responsible for paying the debts they tricked us into.
They continued taking in students knowing full well we wouldn't be able to sustain ourselves in the world with the nothing they were giving us!

I also attended Harrison back in 2004 or 2005 at the center city Philly location. I was in the medical assistant program. I learned about three shady business they were doing while I was in school and decided to withdraw because I did not want to be associated with this school. I never received any left over money from the school that was owed to me and I'm sure it was somewhere in the $1000 area. I know I withdrew from the school but for a good reason. I still owe about $3000 or so in student loans, now I have no problem paying my loans as long as they were for a legitimate school. I don't think anybody that attended this school while they were under investigation should have to pay anything back. Especially anybody attending when they were found out. There should be some kind of forgiveness program for situations like this. I know it would really help me and others in my situation out a lot.
