i rented from this guy, he stated was a year lease with all utilities included and snow removal, however the actual rental agreement states  it is a month to month with no rent increase for one year my deposit was 1000.00 which was paid up front and for the six months there the rent was always paid before the 1st. after moving in  i had to make many repairs to the apartment, dish washer had yellow water in it for 3 to 4 months due to the discharge hose was never connected properly, when opening the door  the whole dishwasher rolled out of the cabinet so went ahead and fastened it like should been done.

first 2 and half months the cable was so bad you could not see or hear the tv, internet service was in and out, i was also paying for phone service that i could not even plug the phone in because the account holder (Richard) was constantly giving out the phone number for his personal use but charging me for the service through time warner $40,00 per month extra. during the winter, you could not get in or out of the driveway  early mornings to go to work due to the snow that was not plowed and many times had to go out and shovel it my self. the whole time being there could not sleep at nights due to traffic running in and out at the property,also had the owners personal  mail constantly being delivered to my mail box. I have complained many times about all of the above and each time got a different excuse.

so i found a better place and moved, Richard was notified more than 30 days prior to moving in person, after moving out he calls me and acuses me of stealing his stuff, i had to tell him where he had put it, keep in mind i ask him did yu do an inventory of what you took out of the apartment, his reply was no, and i commented so you dont really know what was taken out. after 30 days i did send him a text message asking about the 1000.00 deposite and he stated that i broke my lease and he was not getting it back and that the rent for the next month exceeded the deposit. if you are looking for a rental either seasonal or long term beware of this guy he is a scammer and will tell you anything but do nothing including return your deposite if any one is in doubt i have the lease and many pictures to back my statements.
