In keeping with other reports I have read here I too was ripped off by DNS Services of Vancouver, Washington for non-existent cloud backup support. I had recently renewed my cloud backup and thought it was part of this plan until I read a BBB Report in today's newspaper. I paid $65.00. Is there any way to attempt to recover the money?
