Haverhill Inc/Spring Valley Apartments Do not come to Spring Valley Apartments it's not a place to call home Phoenix Arizona

This one of the worst places to live. They advertise a safe and comfortable place to live and that is a lie. It is only comfortable to those who are on drugs or selling drugs.

I have reported to the office on many many occassions the illegal activity of a tenant and the tenant continues to live here.

They do not fix anything, the place is a disaster. Two ceilings have collapes and they still wouldnt allow the tenants out of their leases.

They tell you lies and are very sneaky and underhanded. They have violated several violations of the Az Landlord/Tenant Act and they don't care because they figure you have no choice or recourse!

I have called and called on many occassions about the noise disturbance from the tenants and nothing is done. so I have to bother the police to come out and put a stop to the noise.

Their community policies are a joke, they enforce nothing. All they want is your money and for you to just take it. They do not repair anything in a timely manner (within 5 days of reporting the problem)

They say that this is a gated community, well there is a gate but it has only worked three times in the year that I have been here.

Their staff steals from the tenants, everything from personal items to electricity. When you call Haverhill Inc. they have the same attitude and will say that they are not responsible for a tenants behavior.

The light in between the apartment where I live has been out now for 3 months and it has been reported by three of the four apartments, (the fourth apartment where the illegal activity is going on enlisted one of the staff to fix it so that it wont come on.

We were told that it was a wiring problem with the whole building. Then why are all the other lights on? I'm not electrician or a rocket scientist but any idiot can see that it is not the whole building.

I don't mind the felons, but why do the rest of us who aren't have to live like one? The rent is different for the same size apartments.

They allow up to six adults to live in a one bedroom and will charge you $1000.00. I have asked for a short lease and I still have not received one.

It seems like this is a place for those who want a crummy place to live. When you go to talk to the manager she always has her family there.

I have filed a civil suit and contacted the BBB and the City of Phoenix Landlord/Tenant Act Division. There is also raw sewage that comes up and nothing is done to clean it up.

People walk their dogs without their leashes. (Pitbulls and other large breeds) I turned in a three move in inspection and they still have not bothered to read it.

The landing in front of my apartment is dry rotting and the nailins are/have fallen out. So you can't use the rail because it is only being held on by one nail.

So I have to warn everyone not to lean or grab on to the railing because you fall down on to the first floor which is cement.

There is all kinds of stuff on the balconies, everything from clothes to car parts. The garbage is everywhere, the trash bins run over it smells bad.

There is no security. They will tell you they do, but again it is one of guys riding in a cart drinking beer. It looks decent from the front but that is all that is decent.
