Hawkins Group ripoff Winnipeg Manitoba

Me and my Fianc' were in desperate need of a loan to pay some bills and get back on our feet after having our son 2 months ago. We started applying for loans.

The Hawkins Group called our cell phone and informed us that we were approved for an $8000 loan. They also told us that we needed to send them $700 fee for processing the loan. So I took my whole check and sent it to them, because we were told that the loan would be direct deposited into our bank account within 24hrs.

After waiting 4 days, we called the Hawkins Group, which informed us that we needed to send them another $700 so they can finish processing the loan. We then asked if we could get our first $700 because we didn't have the addition money to send. When we questioned them about speaking to a supervisor about the situation, we was informed that we would get a refund in 10 to 15 days. Still No Money!!
