Haynes Brothers Furniture, I purched a Bedroom set on 02/05/10 I called the folling Monday 02/08/10 to cancell the purches over the phone. The Manager tried to bully me into the purches and threaten to charge me 500.00, Internet

I went inot this store on 02/04/10 I picked out a bedroomset only after being hounded todeath about it. I explaned that I was getting my income tax check on Friday and really needed a bedroom set. After looking all trough the store. I was talked into a bedroom and even post dateing a check for 02/05/10 The sales guy called me on 02/05/10 to make sure the money was in my account so he could put the sale through. I paid 1780.68 for a bedroom that did not even have a box spring and mattress with it so after looking aroung over the weekend I found something cheeper and with a mattress and abox spring.So I called on 02/08/10 to cancell the sales. The sale person was with someone so they said he would call back.

I called back and the Manager got on the phone and told me he had left for the day. I told him I wante dto stop the purches. He said that it was a special order and could not do that. I told him it was not a special order and I was told that it would not be avaible until wensday. And that they would not be able to diliver it until 02/12/10 so It had only been the weekend They had plenty enough time to cancell the order. He then got angry and said he woul charge me a restocking fee of 500.00 dollars. I told him the check would be stoped and that I would contact an attorney if he tried to do that. And I told him I had nothing more to say and that he just needed to cancel the purches and send my check back to me.
