Almost one year to the end of the first year warranty, the fabric on this sofa started coming off the actual sofa where the seat cushions are. It took two months for Haynes to fix it and low and behold, it's happening again, the fabric is a defect, it's almost like the fabric isn't strong enough to adhere to the main part of the sofa and Haynes will not replace this or fix this again.

The extended warranty through stainsafe will not fix this problem since it's a manufacturers defect. Haynes customer service was extremely rude and hung up on me. Do not buy anything from this company because not only does their stuff falls apart but the warranty company they deal with has so many complaints against them from the bbb.

Thank you Tammy who is Haynes' representative. She went beyond the call of duty and today the fabric off all the cushions have been replaced with brand new ones! I thank you so much for doing this for me. Haynes does try to resolve issues and if you have not been able to get satisfaction then you are talking to the wrong person. You want to speak to Tammy.

1/6/05 I would like to report that Tammy from Haynes furniture has been in touch with me and has found out that my fabric on the cushions is still in stock and Haynes promises to absorb the cost in having this situation rectified. I thank Tammy for getting back to me in a timely fashion and for helping to fix this emotional situation for me. I will report back when this has been completed.
