HBSC Credit Ripoff Carol Stream Illinois

I sent my payment off 17 days early for over five years, but yet I always ended up with a late charge every month on my statement. When I called them about it, I would have my checks in my hand to tell them the date that it went through my bank but the managers would tell me I was lieing and I needed to learn how to pay my bills. They are rude, and you can not deal with them in anyway. My payment has doubled due to this, and I can not make my monthly payment and I am way over the credit limit but they do not take the blame, even though I can prove them wrong. I have found out that I am not the only one that has this problem, since I have talked to people about them.
