I am being charged for shipments I did not order on a monthly reoccurring basis. I did not authorize this. In addition when you try to go to the support website it cannot be found. The fulfillment center is in Aurora, CO 80111. The product is also a knockoff of the real deal. maxhca does not work. The real website is Try GarciniaCambogia.com. And it has a phone number where you can talk to a real person and customer service rep. I believe I used a MC online.

I feel I was tricked into this "membership". Although I called and cancelled it, I was still sent the product. I called again and cancelled. We'll see what happens next.

I, too, was ripped off by this company. I ordered a one time free sample where I paid for the shipping. I did this through a Facebook link. I did not agree to recurring shipments or give them permission to charge my card. I called them and they claim that it is a 15 day trial and if you don't return your sample by then, you agree to this subscription or whatever they call it. I did not use the product, so I can return it, but I have to pay again for the shipping. So, I am out $10 for nothing.
I did call my credit card company and they cancelled my card and issued a new one. If I don't get a credit after returning the product, I will pursue through the card company.
I will be going on Facebook and telling this story. Their Facebook posts are very misleading to say the least.

Well you know some companies make it awfully difficult to decipher their terms and rules. Did I make a mistake and infer some information incorrectly? Sure I did. I take full resposibility for that. But, I have a problem with not having access to a real person, with no phone number or prices listed on my invoice.
I have since found that phone number, (through a lot of digging), called the company and cancelled my "membership". They did not make it easy. In response to your rather rude rebuttal; yes I did, I do take full responsibility for my actions. Buyer beware and all that. But this distributor/vendor bares a good amount of responsibility as well for it's "shady" business practices.
Thanks for your comment and remember people: always read the fine print and don't confuse the terms trial for a continuing membership.

When you ordered the "TRIAL" you were automatically entered into the membership program. Since you DID NOT call or contact them to cancel within the 14 day "TRIAL PERIOD" then they are going to charge you according to the terms and conditions on that trial offer. This is YOUR fault for NOT READING!!!!!! Had you read the terms and conditions you would have seen both the 14 day cancellation period AND that by not cancelling you were agreeing to reoccuring billing and monthly shipments.
Why is it ALWAYS someone elses fault when YOU screw up?
