In January,2008 I recieved a collection notice for $ 19.94 past due on purchase of PainVanish, a product of HCI Direc.

I talked to Hailey in customer service at 866-424-3862. I informed her that I had never heard of the company or the product. She claimed that they had shipped me the PainVanish in April of 2007 and then sent repeated invoices monthly thereafter. This has to be a blatant lie because I rarely fail to get mail and it is statistically impossible to have missed the product and repeated invoices and then suddenly the past due notice arrives.
