HD Family - Richard came to my door and told me he could get me tv and internet for 55.00 a month. Mesa Arizona

I agreed and Richard said It would be Direct TV and Cox cable.  I was already getting cox and I don't have a problem with them.  Richard said I would pay 40.00 a month to direct tv and 15.00 a month to Cox. 

I had to sign a two year contract to keep the price that low.  He called his tv people and the lady  who said her name was Sadie assured me that everything he said was correct and I agreed to sign however I needed 2.00 on a card and my card would not go through.  So Richard used his.  They set up a time to install the equipment and everything was fine.

He had said my internet would move up to 50 mps so I called the next morning and asked when my internet speed would go up he said he would call them .  I checked the speed a few days later and it was 50 mps.  I got the equipment installed and paid the first month bill when it came from direct tv.

  When I went to pay cox communication they said 44.00.  I told them about HD Family and they said never heard of it you owe 44.00.  So I paid them.  Called Richard he answered. Said he would take care of it.  I called Cox in a few days nope my bill is still 44.00.

So I called Direct tv and they said thats to bad you signed a two year contract with us. and I said I not paying you anything come and get your equipment. and Richard wont answer the phone and I refuse to pay for TV.
