WARNING: No matter how thorough you cover your bases, this company will find one way or another to scam you out of your money. 

My Story: I received a call saying that I had been selected to participate in the pay per pound challenge. 5 dollars for every 3 lbs. I was informed that the first bottle would be free, I would just need to pay for shipping and handling. Also, I'd be sent a free excersise dvd. Sounds glamorous right? I received the first bottle, but never received any dvd.

I'd heard horry stories about programs like these before so I decided to make sure that after the 30 day trial I'd be able to cancel the subscription before being charged for the following bottles to participate in the challenge. Well, before the 30 days were through I was charged 99.00. I'd done some research the day before and found out that there were serioius health risks between the medication I am currently taking and the Garcinia Cambogia. So I immediately called and informed them of my situation, i was kindly told that unfortunately because the product had benn sent already the product that I was to wait and when i received it to call back and I would be issued a refund and my account would be cancelled.

A week later I received that package and immediately called the company back. The representative I spoke to was named Laurel. She was one of the rudest person in general I'd ever spoken to, irregardless of her position as a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. Mind you, I've worked in customer service my entire life, I've worked with difficult customers, so I was trying to be considerate. However, within the first 30 of speaking to her she was calling me a iiar and hung up on me without any information or help. I called back 5 times after only to have her answer and immediately hang up the phone. 

After getting no where, I had my dad call, he spoke to a different rep named Susan. Who soon became belligerant with him just as quickly, which also resulted in the phone being hung up multiple times. 

I finally went to my bank to dispute the charge. Luckily my banker was amazing and incredibly helpful, however, we were able to get no further. We did find out that I was charged 50.00 more dollars for exercise dvds that I'd not agreed to paying for, especially after not receiving the first free one. After calling and talking to Kristie, all I was able to accomplish was a 25 dollar credit which, should appear within 48 hours and a confirmation e-mail saying that my subscription was cancelled. I received no such e-mail in my inbox or junk folders. I had to result in cancelling my credit card so there was no further risk. 

The point of this report is to warn anyone considering doing any kind of business with this company. BEWARE! It's classic scam and they will do all in their power to rob you of your money.
