Tony the so called owner of Health Focus buys locations that are hurting and collects the receivables from the government for the outstanding claims. He never pays a dime to the manufactures, banks or lending institutions for the debt of which he owes. He works his employee's bouncing their checks letting their benefits cancel and never makes it right with the employee's. He makes promises that he will pay. Yet, he never does. He then files for bankrupsy, closes down the location and buys another.

He has continued this trend for the past eight to ten years. He is a crook and he owes me a total of $7200.00. It is a shame that we have a government that will allow this to happen. His service level is very poor and he is taking advantage of the Medicare system as well as every patient that he is caring for.
