Do not risk working with Health Leads Now...!
When I first got setup with Health Leads Now, I started with $225.00 in my health insurance lead account.
I used $145.00 of the $225.00, and had a balance of $80.00.
When I sign into my account it show's I have a balance of $80.00.
However, my account stopped working and I called a representative from
the company.
I ultimately spoke with the President of the company who told me that other
insurance agents, "who I don't even know", used up my remaining balance
when their accounts went into the negative from overuse.
It turns out the "dialing system" that Health Leads Now uses, did not stop when these other insurance agents accounts reached a zero balance.
It is supposed to, but it didn't...
Anyway, the President of the company would not redeposit the $80.00 back
into my account for "their" system error...!
He said it would cost him $52.00 out of his pocket to do this, and he wasn't going to do it.
He didn't care that it was not my fault his system did not stop other insurance agents from using up the positive funds in my account.
I was Ripped Off from this company, the President of the company could see it and knew it, but he did not care.
If you have positive funds in your account with this company, their system can take positive funds from your account and give them to someone else that you don't even know, including a competitor...!
Do not risk working with Health Leads Now...!

I engaged this company to generate leads for me. I deposited $199 in my account which was supposed to give me 40 live transfers. The system did some dialing but out of thousands of dials, I only connected to two people. Most of the calls either were answering machines, trouble with the lines, disconnected numbers, etc. The dialer called city offices numerous times in one day.
After about 3 days, my numbers were exhausted. The final few dialing sessions dialed 3000+ numbers in less than one minute? Really? In any case, I kept expanding my area as far as feasible, with no luck. The company could not deliver.
I worked with them in every way that I could and when it was clear they could not produce, I asked for a refund. I was jerked around for months and was finally told that they would not consider offering a refund.
Any responsible business would gladly offer a refund if they could not deliver what a client payed for. Not Health Leads Now. They are thieves and they are getting away with it. They are taking money from people even though they cannot hold up their end of a contract.
Stay as far away from them as you can. One of the biggest rip-offs out there.

After further coorespondence, the representative of "Health Leads Now" made a reasonable offer to resolve the dispute.
He explained to me if I purchased minutes from Health Leads Now,
he would add the disputed $80.00 worth of lead credits.
In light of this offer and a willingness to resolve a disagreement,
I believe "Health Leads Now" can be a helpful tool for Health Insurance Agents.
