Healthcare Services Group District Supervisors Say To Your Face "We don't care about you. You can all be replced. We are "product". Millville Pennsylvania

     HSG does not care about their employees at all. This was point blank told to the employees of their Millville PA facility. A district manager referred to us as "product". A 14 yr employee was told they are easily replaceable. A new "manager" was brought into the facilty, given 3 days of training. Very nice person but had no idea how to do payroll, make a schedule. After 3 months she still has to have one of us show her how to do certain paperwork. Not this managers fault, HSG gave her no training.Have had an ad in the paper for job openings at this facility for 2 months and have recieved 2 applications. The reputation of HSG in this area is so bad people will not even apply. If you have a choice don't work for this company!
