I was signed up with Healthnet on May 1, 2014. Two weeks later I cancelled that membership. They claim that they do not have record of this. I have called several times and customer service does nothing to assist in the cancellation. They charged me for 2 months when I was only with them for 2 weeks. I never even attempted to use any of there services. There are way better insurance companies out there.
