I ordered a supply of Berry Breeze product:  Acai Berry stuff in the middle of August, 2009.  From the "get-go" there were issues.  Debited my account four time that night...called bank and had three of them  "stopped" and dropped.   Since I had placed an order I said to ok one debit.  I never received any product at all....none!  I called after about a week, explaining I had not received anything therefore I could not return anything and had nothing with which to "evaluate" as they had promised a absolutely free trial  and if not satisfied then return product and accountn would be cancelled.  I spoke with a Daniel...he assured me the account would be cancelled and didn't give me a confirmation number which I now regret.   He apologized for me not receiving the producl  I heard nothing else and assumed all was well.....then in mid-April I receive a letter (with initial address numbers incorrect ...all the right numbers but in the wrong order and no apt. #...but apparently the apt. complex managed to figure out to whom it was addressed and I received the letter stating that I owed them $133.95 because they could not debit my account and I never returned the product.  I called the number given in the letter.  I received no help and the "agent" was rather arrogant and would not listen to my side of the story at all or to any of the "facts and dates" that I had about the whole thing.  He said my only choice was to pay up.  I then told him I would not pay for what I did not owe and hung up.  I tried call the original number that I had when I first ordered and the number that I called when I cancelled the order.  They could not locate a "Daniel" and the girl was very hostile and said that was nothing she could do as it had been turned over to a collection agency!  Ha!!!!! what???? This is terrible and such a rip-off and a scam.  I am furious about this mess.
