Hi, I was online and an ad popped up from a news site touting the brain pill. I clicked on the ad, which offered the product for 49.97 each or buy 3 bottles get 2 free. The 3 bottles were priced at 29.99 each, plus 2 bottles free, right? first of all at checkout they don't show you the total before hand. When you click next after giving credit card info, it takes you directly to another product worth the same offers and the same price points for an additional product. It ford not allow you to say no. So I backed out of the website and checked my email and lo and behold they had charged me 149.95 for the 3 bottles at 29.99. There was no review button and no confirm button. Fortunately, I emailed customer service as well as called them, after rearrange the name of the company I Googled it to find a phone number. They quickly responded via email to say they areally giving me a refund and quickly responded via phone, verifying they are giving refund which I now have to wait 3 to 5 business days to receive. We will see if they refund my money. I works not have asked for a refund had they only billed me 29.99 add originally promised. However, they also put the charge through even though I did not finalize the transaction by clicking a submit button. BEWARE of the deceptive pricing. Do not order from this company. Now I have to wait for my money to be put back into my account. Very unhappy.
