Heart check america denver Colorado Misleading sales person, inaacurate report incomplete report, and missed a 3cc cancerous lesion on my liver denver, Colorado

In early February my business partner and I were contacted to take the Heart scan I am a cancer survivor currently even though employed and financially sound I cannot get health benefits.  

We agreed to sit through the 1.5 hour presentation and eventually agreed that this might be a great tool to have in my arsenal fro fighting cancer.  The salesman told us that this scan was even more thorough than a Dye CT Scan, and that this scan has saved many lives and even stated that the late Tim Russert from NBC was scheduled to take this scan after having done a stress EKG test two weeks before his Heart Attack and stated that if he would have had this scan it would have saved his life.

Needless to say we were sold, we signed up for the 10 years of scans  for a cost of 5000..00 and used their finance program.  This included not only the heart scan but guaranteed us 10 years of full body scans and we thought that considering most deductibles these days that this was a good investment in preventative health care.

Three weeks after this scan took place we still had not received our results of the full body scan and I ended up the Emergency Room for a cyst on my ovary that had ruptured after spending 5 hours and a CT scan of diagnosis, it was determined in that scan that a cm lesion was discovered on the top of my liver.

As you can imagine, this was very disturbing, I then contacted the Heart Check America and asked for my results before telling them that I had been in the ER for this lesion I told them that I was in the hospital and that I needed any info that they had collected for another Dr's visit.

The emailed the report to me and on the paper work no where had it stated the extensive cancer history that I had provided in fact it said that I had reported no history of medical or no history of family when this was a complete lie. Both Parents are deceased mother from a long line of Heart disease and Father Lung cancer.

I immediately called the center and told them that this was a false report and then told them of the lesion that was found on my liver.  They said they needed to review the scan again and someone would get back to me.

One day later a very nice radiologists from Chicago called me and agreed that this program shouldn't have been sold to me given the fact i was under care of another doctor for this disease. It has now been a week all I want is money back so that I can apply this to future care.

I don't believe that this is a true and accurate program more than a money scam and would suggest that anyone that has signed up for the scan have a doctor reexamine the the test. The Er Doc nor my oncologist has ever heard of this program which I found to be very interesting. 

Currently we are waiting to see of they will release us of this agreement that we signed and personally given the situation I can't see how there would need to any further review of this matter  ***** BEWARE HEARTCHECK AMERICA SCAM*****
