I ordered the cooktop after the info commercial seen on television.  I already own the nu-wave oven so was happy to try the induction cooktop. I did receive a package in a couple weeks which included 1 cooktop, one pan with a glass lid and 2 carrying cases along with the backorder notice. The order date was 7/09/12, it has been two months since the order was made.  After calling and trying to find out where my order is and not getting an satifactory answer I am beginning to think this great deal is not so great. My credit card was charged for this order so the company has been paid. Where is the rest of my order??

I use the cooktop about every day. To get the best use out of it I have had to buy stainless steel pans that would work with the technology, making this purchase even more expensive than it should be.

What really burns me is the continued advertising for this offer on television, while the backorders are obviously not being filled. Not a very good business practice, word of mouth of unhappy customers will be very harmfull to businesses who don't treat their customer base with honesty and integrity.
