Heartland RVs Refused to repair faulty wiring in new cyclone and refused to replace appliances that burnt up twice Elkhart Indiana

We bought our 2013 Cyclone 3110 toyhauler in Fall of 2012 from Holman Motors in Ohio.  Used it twice before our incident at Myrtle Beach. We came back from the beach and the electric was off. The microwave, bedroom TV, and central vac were blown. later while in for repairs holman told us there was a notice on the Progressive Dynamic transfer switch, and that it was faulty. Holman said the transfer switch could not have blown appliances, that it had to be a surge from the pedestal therefore appliances not covered under warranty even though we still had the 1 yr manufacturer warranty.

I emailed Progressive and asked if that transfer switch could cause open neutral, they said yes. I have emails to prove this. then Holman said we would have burnt or melted wires if the transfer switch caused open neutral. I again emailed Progressive and was told that wasnt true. You may only have a series of burnt appliances. Holman replaced  only defective transfer switch under warranty, but then said as good faith they had another central vac and tv there they could replace with, but did not do the microwave. 

We picked up the camper August 30, 2013 went straight home, did not plug in. We bought a surge protector for the pedestal and installed an energy management system that was wired in after the transfer switch. That was the weekend after Friday the 30th. We then left on Sept 2 for Tennesee. We arrived, he plugged in the surge protector, and checked lights, when everything was OK, we plugged in the camper. It indicated all was well. i went inside and again smelled something burning in the bedroom. We again found the bedroom tv and central vac blown. So since energy management system indicated OK, it had to be a wiring problem inside the camper from the EMS wired in after the switch. 

We called Heartland RV, who agreed to pay to have it checked after much complaining, but denied service call. Tech checked out things he could get to, but could not find anything other than loose wires under the kitchen slideout which he repaired. he said it may have done it but he didnt think so. He told Heartland  he felt the unit needed to go in for further inspection where he couldnt see, thathe was sure it would happen again. Anthony at Heartland refuses to investigate further, saying since the tech didnt find anything while inspecting at our campsite, that they were done. Even tho the tech found no fault of our own, and no fault of the electricity at the campground. And was sure if there had been a surge the EMS and surge protector should have indicated this. Heartland refuses to also replace appliances.

Also when we purchased the RV it has a sticker on the side indicating GVWR is 18,000 lbs. We recently found out it is actually 16,000 lb.  So it would not safely hold the 2 motorcycles in the  tie downs we installed in the garage. So they also falsly labeled unit.They are offering to upgrade axles and tires to make it gvwr 17,500, but at this point if they are not going to stand behind this product, I just want this accident waiting to happen....gone.
