Heath Hallan will gain your trust and then rip you off. Heath Hallan processed collections for our company and then kept all the money. Our clients assumed they were paying off their outstanding debt and the money was going to our company that they owed. Our clients trusted him and we trusted him. Please be careful with this guy. Heath Hallan was able to hide this from our company for a year until he was caught. Heath Hallan lists his business address as follows 20935 Windsor Hollow Ct. Suite # 10, Katy, TX 77449. This address is his rented home and not an office. Heath Hallan has 3 separate families residing in this 4 bedroom home and has 11 people residing in this 1,942 sq ft rented home.

you would have saved more money hiring 1 person to handle all your collections instead of some bottomfeeder collection agency that breaks the law and most of them do!
