Heather Wiersbe, is  a scam artist and the person that will contact you through Pay Pal  to pay for advertisement in The College Life Magazine after Ryan O' Keefe also a scam artist  sells you on it.

Our company lost $300 for advertisements that never appeared and they always have an excuse to hold off giving you back your money. Our company paid through Pay Pal and our checking account.  No help from Pay Pal.

This is happening to often and they need to be stopped.  Please file a complaint  with the Attorney general in your states and the states of the magazines, which are Illinois and Indiana. They have went over state lines and it is a federal offense. They need to go to Prison.
