Hector Cobian money given no job done San Diego, California

 Hector Cobian was given a deposit of $850 for ceiling renovation in the end of july 2012. He said he was waiting for samples to arrive but after 3 week of silence  we asked for the deposit back then he stopped answering his cell. We do plan to sue him in court so we did call the police  they said we should start with the proof of repeated rip-offs. So we are looking for more victims of hector cobian.
