Hedocel hedocell.com Paid instantly, wait a month and still get nothing, Internet

After searching online for accessories for my new phonethought I found a great deal with www.heocell.com so I went ahead and purchased the item and paid instantly thru paypal. Within a couple of days I still havent received a order confirmationor shipping confirmation. I checked paypal and confirmed that I did indeed pay and that the money has already been received. 16 days after originally placing my order I still havent received or heard anything so I used their customer service email and emailed them. A few days later they replied wanting o know what my paypal username is, I replied promptly an again they fell off the face of the earth. About a week later I put in a claim with paypal. Has been a few days but still no verdict (paypal is waiting to hear from them to)
