Regarding the Real Estate Loans which where never consumated, would be interested in knowing whether any money was paid to Held Harmless which was not returned to the borrowers.

Can someone list the brokers that were involved in selling held harmless?
I worked with OCF Private Lending, Mr. Francisco De La Chesnaye. He can verify if any loans were funded. His website is: http://ocfprivatelending.com/

Please list the names and information of other brokers involved. You can contact them and ask if there have been fundings.
