This business is under several different names and they are a Scam.On June 14th, 2013 my daughter and I responded to a Craigslist advertisement for a 4 BR 2 Bath Condo located at 1405 Aspen way in Winston Salem for $1150.00 a month. I met Mr. Malcolm Melvin along with my Daughter at the property which was then occupied. Mr Melvin stated that it would be ready by the second week in July and agreed to a Move In date of July 19th. He requested an $1100 security deposit to hold the unit for us and another $50.00 app fee. The day of move in the apartment was not ready and is actually in unliveable conditions. He would not answer the phone for neither my daughter or I and we are out of a huge amount of money and still have to find a new place to live, which requires additional money to be paid out. He also goes under J & M Management and MACASH Consulting which is who I wrote the checks out to. This Business needs to be shut down immediately.

Spray paint graffiti, holes in drywall, broken windows, all my appliances and jewelry and antiques gone!! It was so terrible I had to move. Then he moved in my 1 vacant apartment and used it for his love nest. He even had some of my tenants work off there rent by having sex with him! He ran up the light bill and the water bill and the gas bill that were in my name while he lived there! He also managed to con his way into a satellite dish and internet package there and you guessed it he put it in MY NAME!!
I finally had the cops get him out but not before he destroyed the place. He turned a very nice neighborhood into a getto almost over night! By then all my tenants had left and I had 6 vacant apartments all missing there copper pipes! I had to short sale them to avoid foreclosure! He and all his shenanigans destroyed my life! I sued him but didn't know I had hired the worst attorney in town. Mr. Melvin got off without having to pay me nothing! I won't never forget this and have not given up on taking him to the cleaners! I won't rest until Malcom Melvin is doing 25 years behind bars!!!!!
