I worked for Hendrickson for 1 yr everything was fine never late on a load no problems what so ever their crappy namely tandems on the trailers I was pulling the lock slipped because because of lack service the first two trailers tandems slipped but didnt cause any damage, then I picked up a load in Utah I did my inspection everything looked good I drove a half hour the tandems slid back and totaled the trailer all of a sudden I was late on two loads blamed me for faulty trailer condition i was one up on them I got a report from the mechanic that looked at the trailer he deemed it as not driver error also said I argued with dispatch at lowes in perris I asked if I had a chance to say anything Allen said he wasnt interested in what I had to say... As u all say lousy company, also left me sitting in Arizona and New Mexico they definatley dont follow through on any of their promises.

I toatly agree with then i have a fleet load of storys about this company starting with that fat pig in payroll I told her where to send my check over 40 times and she still screwed it up then if  they give you halfway decent loads just before or as you are getting loaded or rite after then they will take it away from you and give them to someone else they not only make you sit for hours days but they will lie to you about things that are going on as well as the major amount of freight they have and thats abunch of s**t 99% of their loads are logistic loads and there a low paying loads their load planners are a bunch of idiots and of course ol Ward hes the biggest wussy on the west coast he wont talk to you meet you or even relate in any way shape of form in fact he has his little suck a** D**k to all his dirty work im a 30yr veteran of trucking and Im forced to say this is got to be the worst company ever and It would seem to me thatn they actually enjoy the high turnover they have cause the average time spand there is around 2-3 monthsSo moral of the story is dont waste your time with them cause it wont do you or your family any justice

i wasted my time and found that this is a bad place to wanna work for they will tell you to be "creative" in fudging your logs in order to appease the dispatchers-driver manager and drive illegally don t go here the dogcrap equipment is really a  joke they will tell you that you cant stop to poop on GAP loads no matter what the egos and B.S. these fools have is  astounding ill bet their driver  turnover rate is over 80%.... the payroll troll is a great spokesthing for a before "jenny craig blimp" photo  with a huge mouth and attitude to boot d**k And Allan were OK though but on a scale of 1 to 10 i give a    1

red flags abound here ...stay away they will belittle you and try to intimidate you with the crap they spew i say again...STAY AWAY
