Henry Kaminski Jr (Unique Designz) Charged over ten thousand dollars for a online business marketing package. It was supposed to inckude a custom built website along with designed social media pages and ad copies to run and store potential client information. Also email sequences to use for my future clients. NONE of this was provided and when 4 months had went by and i requested a refund, he blocked me from communicating with him and ignored me through every way possible.

Henry Kaminski calls himself "The Brand Doctor" and has a online business named "Unique Deisignz". He is always trying to market himself all over social media (however due to another client he scammed posted there expirience online and has caused a tremendous amount of bad oress for him, he has deleted his shut down his pages temporarily) and is always doing podcasts stating how he is "the best" for growing a persons "brand". He claims he has all of this expirience and is a full blown professional in the area. However this is not true. He offers a few different packages in order to build your brand. The one he pushes most is a package over then thousand dollars. Multiple people have recently come forward on social media saying they were also scammed on this particular package. This "package" is supposed to contain a full custom website, with all social media pages set up and linked. Also it is supposed to include ad copies to run and capture people contact information in order to set up appointments. Email sequences are supposed to be included and of course they were not done either. Once four months had passed and NOTHING had been done when i began to get very upset and questing where everything is he claimed we were "almost done" and stated that half the things originally areeg upon that were supposed to be in the package are NOT in the contract so it is NOT his problem. Well upon reviewing his contract they indeed ARE in there. He did not even know the details of his own contract. He did not speak to me for months consistently saying our project was in "development" . Finally when i had enough, and then saw other people coming iut claiming they had been scammed, i requested a refund. I was then attacked by him stating i would never see a PENNY of my investment back and that he had nothing else to say. He ended the conversation by saying that since i was requesting a refund and had "offended" him that he was not going to finish the product and we were done. He proceeded to block me on every channel of communication we had. We have not spoke since. I have contacted others who have been scammed by his sales tactics with promise of return and who also received NOTHING! They are planning to take this to be reviewed by a legal team being that since there was a contract and that nothing was provided that they had a case. I would strongly adive anyone to stay FAR AWAY from this man and unique designz assuming he decides to show his face again after the major backlash he has received due to multiple people recently exposing him.
