Henry's Lock & Key CROOKS ASKED TO LEAVE WITH MY CASH TO GET PARTS Austin, Bee Cave, Lakeway, West Lake Hills Texas

My vehicle was recently recovered from being stolen. I first had let an acquaintance try and hot wire the vehicle so I didnt have to hassel with the key replacement all together. That failed miserably and possibly messed up my ignition. I still don't know, you cant trust these crooks for s**t! He arrived on time during rush hour, that was impressive! The " he" we'll call "Crook" because I forget the s**t heads official name. He most likely have me a fake name anyway! Crook was rude and agressive right from the start. A real jerk. My friend had called a head of time and got a quote of $200 and it was explained to her that I had to get 2 keys made because my whole get up had to be reprogrammed so the stolen keys would no longer work. Immediately that pricw jumpwd upcliser to $300 due to some BS fees and I cant remember what else.

This whole time Crook is looking over my vehicle he is calling his so called boss for support. At the same time being a total jerk. His attitude reeked of he would rather be anywhere but where he was doing anything else but what he was doing. I was a real pain in his a*s! After looking at my steering Column and deciding that I needed a new ignition in order for the car to start, now thw price has jumped up to over $400. Ladies and Gentlemen I only had $130 to my name in cash. I was going to take my chances with the missing keys and only get 1 key made but just in case my boyfriend was on standby with more money but at that time on the oppisit side of town and NO WAY was he making that drive in rush hour. So I talked Crook and the Boss man on his phone down to 300 for 2 keys and ignition.

Which took the job from an hour to 3 hours. All in which Crooks attitude us getting worse and worse! More impatient as situation persists. Crook then wrote up some BS contract inwhich I signed agreeing to the price. It had my info, phone number and to be honest I dont remember what else this happened about 2 weeks ago. This whole time I had made a phone call and had money being delivered for the remaining balance of $170 because I only had $130. This was part of the agreement that I signed. Crook agreed to get started on the job with the $130 present and the rest on its way. Im beyond pissed and just wang my car running. Crooks energy was one of annoyance and distraction...he was a real d**k Head and not getting any nicer.

HE THEN REQUESTED THE ONLY FUNDS I HAD TO MY NAME (and he knew this) TO GO TO THE STORE TO PURCHASE THE PARTS TO FIX MY IGNITION! I said " you are not taking off with any of my money" I called him some not so nice namesand asked for the papers with my personal info on it back. The whole time this is happening Crook is heckling me by keeping copies of my personal info. Saying something like " take the paper back, I still have this copy and the office copy and thr so on & so on". Being a real jerk. Then CROOK slips in there "Well I'll be needing the $29 service fee" he may have even threatened to call the police if I didnt pay, I cant remember. All I knew is $ 29 seemed legit to have to drive in rush hour from who knows Where. I gave Crook the $29 in an effort to ger him to leace quickly because I wouldn't/couldn't stop calling him out of his name for being a scam and messing with me.
